I have heard from many of you that are feeling anxious, angry, confused and afraid based on the rapidly changing circumstances and disruptions that the Coronavirus has created in all of our lives around the world. Today I am checking in, alone in my house, waiting anxiously as our kids and husbands catch flights to return home. I am wanting to feel connected to you – so this live broadcast is as much for me as it is for you. The world may not feel prepared, but you can prepare yourself. This moment is an opportunity for growth, even if it doesn’t feel like one right now. How about we go through these next weeks or months and help one another stay centered in our strength and our spirit.
