A question from Germany: How do I get more persistence in my life and stop letting bad days outweigh the good ones?

The answer is simple – you have to be consistent in order to achieve persistence. Every day is different from the one that came before it. The way to ensure you are persistent in moving forward is to have a routine that works for you and the dreams and goals you have set your heart and mind on.

• Get INTENTIONAL about every moment of every day
• Be PATIENT
